We make money when you work, and only when you work: commission on confirmed bookings. We will never charge you to join, to be photographed, to be listed, or to take a class.
This industry has a reputation, and it was earned. These are the rules we operate by. They are not aspirational. They are conditions of working with us, and they apply to every booker, client, and photographer on every job.
No registration fees, portfolio fees, comp-card fees, class fees, or "test shoot" fees. Not at signing, not ever. If anyone asks you for money in our name, tell us.
Every meeting happens at our office during business hours with a second staff member present. No hotel rooms, no residences, no after-hours calls. No exceptions.
Every model on our board is 18 or older. We do not represent minors, and we confirm age before any booking.
You know who you're shooting for, what the usage is, and what it pays before you accept, never after you arrive.
Shoots happen at commercial studios or approved locations with named crew and signed releases. You may bring someone with you to any booking.
Written agreements with a defined term and a clear exit, plus the three-business-day cancellation right Texas guarantees you. No one is locked in.
Who runs the agency
Tone Talent Agency is founded and run by Andrei Tone, who also owns Tone Films, a video production company working across Dallas-Fort Worth.
The agency exists because of what the production side kept running into: casting a commercial or a brand shoot in this market takes longer than it should, and the shortlists that come back are rarely the ones a client actually books. So we are building one board at a time and building it properly, starting with models 18 and over across Dallas-Fort Worth, rather than listing a thousand names and calling it a roster.
It also means the standards on this page aren't marketing. They're the conditions I'd want in place if it were someone in my family signing.

Our board is open to models 18 and over. Every other division is still being built. Submit anyway and we will hold your details until it opens. Send 8 to 10 professional photos: clean headshots, full-length shots, and a few frames from past shoots or campaigns. Paste a download link (Google Drive, Dropbox, WeTransfer) or attach the files directly below. Models from anywhere in the world are welcome, from Japan and Ukraine to Italy and Germany. For confirmed U.S. bookings, we coordinate travel and work with the client and immigration counsel on the right work visa. How international talent works with us. We also ask for your Instagram. It is the fastest way for us to see range and confirm you are a real person.
