Ownership disclosure.
Tone Talent Agency is under common ownership with
Tone Films, a video production company. Talent represented by Tone Talent Agency may be offered bookings with Tone Films and may decline any such booking with no effect on their representation. Tone Films bookings are negotiated by a booker with independent authority, are paid at or above our published rate card, and carry no agency commission.
Licensing.
Tone Talent Agency is registered as a talent agency in the State of Texas [registration no. pending] and bonded as required under Texas Occupations Code Chapter 2105. We charge no advance fees and require no purchase of photography, classes, or services as a condition of representation.
