Tone Talent Agency is scouting models from around the world. If you are 18 or over, beautiful, fit and professional, you are welcome to join us, no matter where you live. For confirmed bookings, we are open to bringing talent to the United States to work with U.S. companies and international brands.

American audiences are global, and so are the brands that sell to them. Casting directors ask for boards that reflect that: different looks, different backgrounds, different stories. Models from around the world give our clients that range, and many bring years of experience from strong fashion markets.

Every country is welcome. These are some of the markets we hear from and actively invite:
Japan
Japanese models are known for precision, professionalism and a polished, modern look that performs beautifully in beauty, fashion and lifestyle campaigns.
Ukraine
Ukraine has produced some of the most in-demand faces in international fashion. Ukrainian models are welcome to apply from home or from wherever they are living now.
Italy
Italy is one of the capitals of fashion. Italian models bring runway experience and editorial instinct that U.S. brands value.
Germany
German models often have strong commercial and catalog experience, ideal for e-commerce, print and brand campaigns.
And everywhere else
France, Spain, Poland, the Czech Republic, Sweden, the United Kingdom, Brazil, Colombia, Mexico, Korea, the Philippines, Thailand, India, Nigeria, South Africa, Australia and beyond. Models from around the world are welcome here.
What you get with Tone Talent Agency
- $100 per hour pay. Our 20% commission is billed to the client, so you keep the full $100 per hour.
- No fees, ever. Nothing to apply, nothing to join, nothing for photos.
- U.S. bookings. Commercial, print, e-commerce, runway and video work for American companies.
- Travel coordinated for confirmed jobs. We plan the trip with you and the client.
- A path to work legally. Paid work in the U.S. needs a work visa, such as the O-1B. For talent we are booking, we work with the client and immigration counsel on the right option. Our guide to working as a model in the USA explains how it works.
- Video work too. Through our sister company Tone Films, talent can be considered for commercials and brand films.
How models from around the world can apply
- Visit the Get Scouted form.
- Add your name, email, city, country and Instagram.
- Tell us if you already have U.S. work authorization or would need a visa.
- Share 8 to 10 professional photos: paste a Google Drive, Dropbox or WeTransfer link, or attach the photos to the form.
- Submit. We review every application and reply, usually within two weeks.

Common questions
Is there an age requirement?
Yes. Our board is open to models 18 and over only.
Do I need modeling experience?
No, but it helps. Professional photos are required so clients can see your look.
How will I hear back?
By email. We reply to every submission from models from around the world, yes or no.
