International Models Welcome: Join Tone Talent Agency From Anywhere in the World
International models are welcome at Tone Talent Agency. Whether you live in Tokyo, Kyiv, Milan, Berlin, São Paulo or Seoul, you can apply to our board today, and for confirmed bookings we can bring you to the United States to work with U.S. companies and brands, and with clients beyond the U.S. too.
We are a Dallas-Fort Worth modeling agency representing models 18 and over for commercial, print, campaign and runway work. Our clients are American companies, national brands and production teams. Many of them want fresh faces with an international look, and we want to find those faces wherever they are.
Why we scout international models
Great models are not only found in New York, Los Angeles or Dallas. Some of the most striking, professional talent in the world is in Japan, Ukraine, Italy, Germany, Poland, France, Spain, Brazil, Colombia, Korea, the Philippines, Nigeria and a hundred other places. Brands running campaigns in the U.S. increasingly ask for a diverse board, and international models bring range, presence and experience from fashion markets with deep traditions.
So our door is open to anyone. If you are beautiful, fit, camera-ready and serious about the work, you are welcome to apply, no matter which country is on your passport.
What we look for in international models
- Age 18 or over. Our board is adults only.
- A professional portfolio. 8 to 10 professional photos: headshots, full-length shots, and frames from past shoots or campaigns.
- A healthy, fit look and a professional attitude on set.
- An active Instagram. It helps us see your range and confirm you are a real person.
- Reliability. Clients book models they can count on. Showing up on time, prepared, matters more than anything.
Prior experience helps, but it is not required. Many international models we speak with have worked in their home market and want their first U.S. bookings. That is exactly who we want to hear from.
Pay: $100 per hour, and you keep all of it
Talent is paid $100 per hour. Tone Talent Agency's 20% commission is billed to the client on top of your rate. It is never deducted from your pay. On a 4-hour booking you are paid $400 and the client is invoiced $480.
There are no fees to apply, no fees to be represented, and no fees for photos, classes or listings. We are paid only when you work. If anyone ever asks you for money in the name of Tone Talent Agency, it is not us, and we want to know about it.
How international models travel to the U.S. for work
When a U.S. client confirms a booking, we coordinate the trip with you and the client: dates, travel, where you stay and what the shoot requires. Working legally in the U.S. is the one step that cannot be skipped, so we plan it early.
A tourist visa or ESTA visa waiver does not allow paid modeling work in the United States. Models from overseas usually need a work visa. The most common route for models is the O-1B visa for individuals with extraordinary ability, and some fashion models qualify under the H-1B category for fashion models of distinguished merit. Work with U.S. companies and beyond
Our home base is Dallas-Fort Worth, and we cast into markets across the country through our sister company, Tone Films, a video production company that shoots commercials, brand campaigns and corporate films for national clients. International models on our board can be considered for:

- Video commercials and brand films
- International campaigns for clients outside the U.S.
How to apply as an international model
- Go to the talent application form.
- Add your name, email, city, country and Instagram.
- Tell us whether you can already work in the U.S. or would need a U.S. work visa.
- Paste a download link (Google Drive, Dropbox or WeTransfer) with 8 to 10 professional photos, or attach the photos directly to the form.
- Submit. We read every submission and reply either way, usually within two weeks.

Do I have to live in the U.S. to apply?
No. International models can apply from any country. You only need to be in the U.S. for confirmed bookings.
Does it cost anything to join?
No. Applying and being represented are free. Our 20% commission is billed to the client, so you keep $100 per hour.
Which countries do you accept?
All of them. Japan, Ukraine, Italy and Germany are only a few of the countries we welcome international models from.
